Our Story
Boithok Khana, the village sitting parlour, is where Bangladesh’s adda culture lives in every meal. Pull up a chair and let the conversation flow. Food here is the reason people gather, not just the thing they eat.
We cook the way your nani did. Slow flame, whole spices, nothing rushed. Every dish carries the scent of a village kitchen: clay, charcoal, mustard oil.

Our Specialities
Each dish carries centuries of village Bengali tradition, made on slow flame and served with love.
Aromatic basmati layered with tender beef, golden potatoes, boiled egg, saffron and ghee. Served with cooling yogurt, crisp salad and refreshing Burhani.
Sylheti-style fragrant rice and meat cooked together with whole spices. Served with Chana, Plazu and fresh salad.
Chittagong's most iconic dark-roasted beef curry, slow-cooked until the spices are deeply absorbed. Rich, bold and unforgettable.
Tender beef slow-cooked with shatkora, a rare Sylheti citrus, giving the curry a uniquely tangy, aromatic depth you won't find elsewhere.
Slow-cooked beef with broken wheat, lentils and warming spices. Thick, hearty and deeply satisfying. A Dhaka street food legend. Served with Paratha.
